Hello all,
Just wanted to ask you if any of you have some good papers or articles on 'Irreversible tolerances' of some drugs. It has been said that 25x-nbomes could produce this, and also the loss of magic with MDMA, but I've struggled to find some good info on it.
Any reading on this will be great, cheers.

Correct, the NMDA receptors. Magnesium supplementation helps a lot. Or you could go all out and get memantine. It has to do with extracellular glutamate. That is your body's primary excitatory neurotransmitter. It's involved heavily in euphoria.
