The other Guinness breweries actually modify the water to make it the same as in Dublin. Other brewers do this often to recreate water profiles from other region such as the soft water in Pilsen where pilsners were born.

Then it has to be the pasteurization process. I know Pilsner Urquell does not pasteurize their locally delivered beer, but they do for their internationally shipped beer. Does Guinness do that as well?
