That's simply untrue. They still brew it at each location. The souring agent is added from the Dublin brewery but the rest of the beer is brewed from grain at each brewery. They don't brew the wort in Dublin and export it. They simply don't have the capacity to do so and the additional costs of shipping would be way too much.

The water makes a big difference in the taste of the beer. I assume the pH and dissolved solids in the Dublin water is unique, which gives it subtle differences.
