First of all, I didn't know posting pictures of this nature was not allowed. I merely merely trying to initiate a thread on everyone's morning stacks. I apologise for my ignorance and will remove the picture and restart the thread when I get off work

Now let me explain why I am taking what I'm taking.

I work 13 hour days 4 out of 7 days of the week. As vyvanse only last 8 hours I either take the adderall first thing or at around 5 pm to keep me focused throughout the day.

The pseudoephedrine I am taking b/c I have an ear infection and am trying to get the fluid to drain.

The boswellia and curcumin I take as per a recommendation from my Zen teacher to help alleviate my chronic back pain

If you need me to explain the other ones I am happy to but they are really pretty straight forward.

Could you recommend a good antioxidant/ALA supplement?

All the best

Look into Adderall XR. Having the absorption controlled by a delivery system is much more accurate than letting your liver enzymes dictate how fast it cleaves off the glycine of the Vyvanse. Liver enzymes fluctuate. Delivery capsules do not.

Don't take the combination for too long. Increasing NE that much is going to tax your heart.

Could you recommend a good antioxidant/ALA supplement?

Na-R-ALA is one of the best. I'd combine it with ALCAR, grape seed extract, and N-acetylcystine.
