Ive thought that since i was 14. I even came up with a wonderful system involving a drug store that i see as fool proof.
Theres a store that sells all the drugs. It is 18+. Accurate dosage labels and purity. Higher purity unlockable but not available to newbs. Class required for most drugs, length depends on what drug we are talking about. You can fail the class. Amount you can buy is restricted but not really hardcore. Help available, and the store will know if you Are a hardcore Addict.

I assume you mean higher dosage? I'm pretty sure the purity should be pharmaceutical grade for everyone, if it's being sold in stores.
