Piracetam and Choline Bitartrate has no effect on me

I have been taking 4:1 ratios of Pirace-Choline, gradually increasing in amount each day as I feel no effect, from 800:200 to over 2.4g:600mg and I have been dosing 2-3 times a day. I ordered these from CerebralHealth.com . Why could this be? I am even more worried now due to this thread http://www.reddit.com/r/Nootropics/comments/17736f/can_someone_do_me_a_favor_choline_bitartrate/ as my choline causes mouth numbness too and has no fishy smell.

I do not trust Cerebral Health anymore. Choline should not numb, and should smelly fishy. They have also ignored my requests for clarification on the issue. I would advise against using Cerebral Health/Bioscience Nutra. In fact, I am going to make a post about it right now.
