What are the symptoms of repeated MDMA use in a short period of time?

Everyone always talks about how neurotoxic it is but never describes what happens as a result of that.

The long term effects of MDMA neurotoxicity are unknown as far as I'm aware. There's one famous case study of a man who consumed in excess of 20 ebombs a day over the course of a few years, and he's apparently plagued by a non-existent short term memory (among other issues). The problem with case studies is that too many variables are are unknown which definitely influence the outcome of the research. An example is the purity of ebombs are hit or miss in terms of purity, so it'd be foolish to assume that MDMA actually inflicted the damage.

I can't find the particular study at the moment but studies such as this attempt to quantify cognitive deficits based on MDMA consumption, which is also a crapchute, again taking the purity of street drugs into consideration and other variables. Humans are already so diverse in cognitive abilities that I find it hard to believe any conclusive evidence could be found from these studies. (The best way would be to measure deficits before and after repeated dosage of the drug. pretty unethical though.) Regardless, so far nobody has shown any real deficits from using MDMA.

I abused a ton of empathogens, I feel just fine.

You are incorrect. There is much evidence for cognitive decline with MDMA use in humans. See my post below.
