Trying MDMA for the first time

Original post in this thread

Hey guys, i've been a browser of this sub-reddit for some time now, and this is obviously a throwaway account.

All my friends are rolling on NYE and have bought some MDMA from SR, they're telling me that it's perfectly safe and that nothing bad will happen, but i'm kind of worried that i could die or something could 'change' in my brain and i could become disabled or something? It probably sounds silly to a bunch of veterans but i've only tried Weed, Salvia and shrooms, shrooms only have been done once.

Is there any advice or anything i need? They told me i should have a few drinks before taking it to relax, but i heard you shouldnt mix mdma and alcohol?

How much should i take for my first time? 51.4374kg 5'5ft height and should i eat before it?

What they were answering

Careful on the magnesium. He mentioned it because it's a muscle relaxant and will help with the jaw clenching, but it is known to upset your stomach.

The bioavailable ones I mentioned should not. Citrate may, but the others shouldn't. I love magnesium glycinate.

Antioxidants should be taken for 3 to 5 days prior and afterward. I'd add vitamin E to the list with vitamin C and alpha lipoic acid. You'd be taking these to prevent free-radical damage

Always take antioxidants! E is good too. There are a ton of other good ones, but I don't want to overwhelm him.

5-htp the next day will help you get your serotonin levels back to normal. 5-htp works well with vitamin b6

If you do take 5-HTP, always take it with green tea extract. This will inhibit aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase, which will prevent it from being converted to serotonin in your periphery.

do you think ecstasy users underestimate the dangers of the drug (particularly hyperthermia-related issues)?

If using drugs makes your life objectively better, is that addiction, or just an intelligent decision?

10mg per day is not a large dose. You are exposing your brain to more stress, and most likely causing some damage. However, that damage is probably not significant. You may be taxing your adrenals. That is where adaptoge
