Didn't you read the comment already made? We've already had this discussion. MDMA can absolutely be 100% pure. That does not mean it is 100% freebase by weight. It means that there's 0% active adulterants. Dosages are always in MDMA HCl. So yes, 100mg of 100% pure MDMA HCl is only 84mg MDMA freebase, but that is irrelevant to it's purity.
