I need a straight answer about an age old question. Piracetam, do I really need choline every day?

It just depends on your diet and body chemistry. I cannot take any choline supplementation without depressive symptoms. I usually eat eggs every morning, but not all the time. I've only gotten a choline deficiency headache once, after a ton of racetams for weeks on end.
However, some people have to have choline every time they take racetams, or they get brain fog. It's going to be a very case by case basis. Try no choline and see how it works.
