I'd go into more detail on why I'm asking the question, but I'd like to leave it as open ended as it is. And to clarify, I mean recreationally, not medicinally.

Well I am in search of a job right now and I want to be clean just in case they run a drug test. I also don't have an urge to try any, so it being illegal just makes it not worth trying if I don't have an urge anyways. A lot of people love it, and I am sure it is amazing but it just doesnt appeal to me even if I would love it if I tried it. If it was legal I might try it, but it would only be with close friends.

LSD, psilocybin, DMT, and mescaline all would not show up on a drug test. MDMA would only be detectable for 2-3 days at most. I wouldn't worry about that. If you have no desire, well that's another story. That is perfectly understandable.

That's such a stark contrast to my perspective. Legality and perceived proprietary have almost zero effect on my decisions. Why do you place a greater weight on them?

It's current policy in Chicago to not respond to non-violent crimes. There are actually signs in certain parts of the city. Too much violent crime and not enough police to handle it.
