Piracetam pulled from Amazon - UPDATE

Hi everyone,
So yesterday jjtitus posted this thread: http://www.reddit.com/r/Nootropics/comments/14sapu/piracetam_actually_got_banned_by_the_fda/
Because a vendor got shut down and at the same time Amazon pulled all its Piracetam listings.
I contacted Amazon and asked them if they knew anything about this and they said they had no information regarding the availability of this product. As people commented, we saw that it was still available at other non-Amazon vendors, so I contacted Nutrivene (the manufacturer that I purchased my piracetam from on Amazon) and they replied with the following:
This product can be purchased at www.nutrivene.com. It is temporarily unavailable at Amazon.com
So it appears that we're not screwed, and the hammer hasn't come down on anyone except Smart Powders who was marketing Piracetam as a supplement which the FDA expressly bans.
What they were answering

This has been known for a while. It has been a concern with Amazon for various suppliers. The same thing happened with kratom vendors on Amazon. It also just happened to my direct supplier of kratom. Payment processors are getting skiddish with all the FDA BS, so they are dropping vendors. Even though these substances are legal, selling them for human consumption is not. Payment processors and Amazon are playing it safe and cutting off questionable sellers to protect themselves. The FDA is having customs block some bulk shipments to various sellers that are on their radar as well. I know for a fact that it's happening with kratom, and would not be surprised if it's happening with piracetam for certain suppliers too.
