Aniracetam brain fog

I am taking 2 * 750 mg aniracetam a day. I like the posetive quite a bit and I would like to keep taking this, however brain fog, headache and sudden low mood and irratability is some of the sideeffects. Is there a way to combat this without taking SSRI like drugs?

Man I was the exact same way. Overdoing it on choline put me into an unmotivated dark hole for about 1-2 days. On the flip side, if I took no choline at all, I noticed I'd get mild fogginess and a slight headache with my pir+ani combo.
I finally think I've dialed it in taking only 200mg CDP choline with my racetam dose. All is well with the world again, no depression and no headaches/fog. Each person really is different.

Yeah, I eat two eggs every morning. That seems to be my sweet spot. It's natural, cheap, and gives me calories. Win/win!
