Did I get sick from Aniracetam and Adrafinil?

First off, sorry for the length of this post. I thought it was best to include as much detail as possible.
Recently I started adding Aniracetam and Adrafinil to the nootropics I take daily. Before this I was taking Piracetam twice a day 1.5 grams each dose with Choline Bitatrate. I was on this for about a month before adding Aniracetam and Adrafinil. While Piracetam worked well, and was well tolerated, it didn't do what I wanted which was to resolve ADHD-Inattentive symptoms.
After adding Aniracetam and Adrafinil three days ago, I felt sick on the second day. Not severely sick but just a little off. It got really bad on the third day and even before taking any nootropics I felt extremely nauseated and preceded to drink a couple glasses of water before going back to sleep. After I woke up again I felt terrible and had extreme nausea. I took my daily supplements (piracetam 1.5 grams, aniracetam 250 mg, choline bitartrate 1.7 grams, adrafinil 150 mg) and things proceeded to get worse. I don't think that final dose accelerated it but I can't be sure. Over the course of the next few hours my nausea got almost unbearable, I vomited four time in the course of a minute, I had diarrhea…

Be careful to avoid confirmation bias. It could just be a coincidence that you got sick after starting new supplements. I too just got sick after taking modafinil and other racetams. However, I do not believe they are connected in any way. It's probably just bad timing. Just take it slow adding it back into your supplement regimen, and see how you react.
