A friend of mine living on minimum wage recently waited in line for an iPhone 5, yet is so destitute that her 18-month old has been fed mostly Ramen and Cheetos for the past year. When have you seen young parenting go horribly, horribly wrong?

Most of us know at least a few people who were either pregnant halfway through high school, or simply got knocked up immediately after graduating.
Personally, I'm 22 and it's actually quite difficult to go through my Facebook friends list and not run into someone who has a child or is expecting.
However, to be clear, the title describes an isolated incident with a particularly unintelligent (read: I've known more sophisticated power drills) young mother who simply refuses to heed the advice of those around her. Anyone else care to offer a story?
Edit: Wow, guys! Some responses have been... as interesting as they are appalling.
Just clearing up a few key points here, since I've received a bit of backlash regarding the idea that somehow Child Protective Services has never been alerted (they have, multiple times) or that I am "targeting" young parents.

Drugs get a lot cheaper when you buy them in bulk especially coke, like here coke is 80 a gram but 3.5 is 180 and an ounce(28 grams) is a thousand or a little more if you know the right people so a pound goes for way less than 27 grand

Yeah, that's true if you are going by wholesale prices. I've never tried to buy a pound of coke, so I am not sure exactly what deal they would give. I am sure it's a fairly substantial discount from street prices, since people buying pounds are going to resell.
