Do Americans actually use those blue or red cups at party's, like in the movies? (i'm from New Zealand BTW)

Here in WI a keg of keystone light is $50 with a $30 deposit for the keg. At $5 a cup you always make enough to cover the keg and usually come out ahead.

Arizona here. I've seen it as low as $38 for a full keg!
