Relentless Improvements Piracetam Capsules

There has been a report of a Redditor opening his capsuled piracetam from Relentless Improvements and noticing that it did not have the correct chemical properties. He noticed that it was clumpy like flour and did not dissolve in water. He thought that it might either be flour or magnesium stearate. Since the stated dose is 800mg, and the 00 capsule fits almost exactly that, there should be no fillers. Certainly there should not be enough to make the powder not soluble in water.

Anyone that currently has capsuled piracetam from Relentless Improvements, can you please open one of the capsules and check the solubility and taste? If this is a widespread thing, it would be good to know. Thanks!
