Can a male in their 20s with 1000ng/dl of total Testosterone use Tongkat Ali

Hi, I'm in my 20s looking to start using Tongkat Ali. Total test is 1000ng/dl, super high cholesterol and borderline high zinc levels are probably the reason why.
I always have 0 energy and motivation and drive. From what I see people that have my test scores should have more energy and motivation then I do. I'm surprised my levels are as high as they are because I thought it was too low the way I feel. My blood tests are all good. I currently supplement: Vitamin D MK7, B complex, Taurine, Magnesium Glycinate, Zinc + Copper and will start Creatine soon.
Will Tongkat Ali be safe for me? Can it suppress natural Test when I get off and or make me infertile in the future(especially this)? And based off my research it can cause low E2 so any ways to counteract? I don't know if this is the best place to ask but a lot of smart people here. Thanks.

You don't need Tongkat Ali. You would be better off taking Tribugen and OptiNAD+ for your energy.
