250mg doesn't work, been 2 weeks. Time for 500g, 750 or 1g?
Is this another "everyone's chemistry is different" kind of a thing? Food, no food? Morning, before sleep? Thanks!

It's literally a lie. Primavie is real shilajit resin that is spray dried to turn it into a powder. We have been on the forefront on shilajit analytical chemistry for years, and have helped other labs like BSCG detect fake shilajit on the market. It is true that suppliers are offering $3 fake shilajit, where they take cheap soil-based fulvic acids and mix it into vegetable glycerin to trick people. That's what a lot of Amazon and TikTik brands are selling. These suppliers try to sell to us as well, and we use that data to help other labs detect fake shilajit. We don't fucking sell it ourselves! They guy that developed Primavie, Shibnath Ghosal, is the most cited researcher on shilajit in the world. He's written multiple books about it. Everyone else on the market trying to capitalize on shilajit hype is building off the back of his work.
