Been taking for a week now and am so impressed with this one. It’s uplifting/energizing and helps my focus but also decreases my anxiety a fair amount as well. I’m hoping the effects don’t diminish over time cause I’m absolutely loving this one. Well done ND!

MYASD, you work on so many different products. What tools do you use to keep track of all that's going on? We are taught to focus on one thing at a time, how do you manage keeping track of different products you are working on?

My brain for a lot of it. I am uniquely capable of memorizing and keeping track of a lot of things just inherently with the way my brain works. It's certainly not normal, but it comes naturally to me. I also have a large team all working on various projects, so they keep certain ones on task. Then for new product development, we have both tracking sheets and formulation sheets for everything we are working on. Recently I have been using our Perplexity Enterprise account as well. This helps keep track of what we are working on, what mechanisms and benefits each ingredient has, and makes quicker work of doing or interaction analysis. Then we are also in the process of implementing SciSpot as our centrally integrated lab LIMS/ELN/QMS/SDMS system. This is going to be a massive step forward for our lab systems, as right now we are manually tracking everything with Google Sheets and NAS folders. SciSpot is going to make tracking and planning of our science operations so much more efficient.
