Hey, can I put ND points on top of the summer sale coupon?
As I see I need to claim the rewards in coupons.
Can 2 coupons (points and summer sale) be applied on the same order?

Does reward teirs only count for the amount spent on subtotal? Or AFTER the summer discount?

Rewards are earned on discounted subtotal.

The points accumulate if you buy again before the 90 days. That's how it works now. If you earn more points, it resets the timer on the 90 day. You don't have to spend them all in the 90 days. You just have to come back

It's like hotel or airline points. You don't have to spend all your flight miles by the expiration date. You just need to keep flying. That's the same here. Maybe we need to do a better job of explain that in the FAQ?

That's correct. It's how all rewards points systems work. Imagine if you had to use all your hotel points before they expired for when each individual point was earned. It would be anarchy!

I believe the birthday award does reset the points expiry. It's any points earning action. We can't have different expirations for domestic and international, unfortunately.

I'll have to check with the team on that. That might be a weird situation. Sometimes customs looks at our site to verify what the value normally is, but it really should be on the discounted total.
