VIP tiers are all starting from program launch, not going backwards. However, your sale order jumps you immediately up to silver. I did look at your account, and your sale order isn't showing up in your rewards for some reason. We are troubleshooting why. Either way, we'll get it fixed or manually put the points on there for you.
