Paid for International Express shipping, but its sat in the warehouse for 3-4 days now. Is a refund possible?

Basically title -
Bought from Nootropics deport. Item value under $100, its one supplement.
Its 1 Jar of this - https://nootropicsdepot.com/uridine-monophosphate-capsules/?searchid=14162587&search\_query=uridine
180 capsules.
$45 USD for express international shipping and its sat on hold for 3 days now.
Ive called 2 times on separate days to see what's going on - Both times the import desk has said they see nothing wrong with it, my details are all correct.
Today a message was sent to expedite the release of my package or something.
Its now Friday 6pm, so looks like I might get my order sometime next week.
Overall, I am pretty unhappy with the experience.
Is this any recourse for a refund on shipping fees from DHL?

Its been delivered!
Once it cleared customs I got it the following day.
Was even delivered on a Sunday.
