Paid for International Express shipping, but its sat in the warehouse for 3-4 days now. Is a refund possible?

Basically title -
Bought from Nootropics deport. Item value under $100, its one supplement.

180 capsules.
$45 USD for express international shipping and its sat on hold for 3 days now.
Ive called 2 times on separate days to see what's going on - Both times the import desk has said they see nothing wrong with it, my details are all correct.
Today a message was sent to expedite the release of my package or something.
Its now Friday 6pm, so looks like I might get my order sometime next week.
Overall, I am pretty unhappy with the experience.
Is this any recourse for a refund on shipping fees from DHL?

That's a customs delay, which is unfortunately common for Australia right now. Your country's customs is super strict, and they don't seem to have a sense of urgency when clearing things. That's the problem with international shipping. The carrier can get it there as quick as they want, but if customs wants to hold it for further inspection, they will. If you tell me your order number, I can have my team look into it to see if there are any more details.
