Confused About Microzinc

I am interested in buying it, however I’m confused oj if I should take copper with it or not. I see mixed answers. Also, would this help with sleep? Was going ti try MicroMag and this.

Do you have any opinions about taking iron and Microzinc at the same time?
Usually it's recommended to keep some time between zinc and iron but that makes it a bitch to supplement either when larger, frequent doses are needed.

It depends on the form of iron. Most iron forms will not compete with Microzinc. There is sucrosomial iron that will, but Alesco only sells that one direct. We have been asking them for years to let us carry it, but they won't. They want to keep it exclusive as their SiderAL product.
