Maybe they have? You don't see settlements in the background, unless it actually gets filed as a class action. They have gone after other Consumer Labs stuff before.

100% I agree. Our existing site sucks for stuff like that. Luckily we have spent the last 9 months on a total site redesign that will go live next Thursday! It's going to completely revamp how we talk about products.
