Anyone else noticing microplastic shards falling into their Creatine from the blue container?

I have a 500g tub of ND's Creatine, every time I open the container blue microplastic shards fall into the powder. Is anyone else noticing this? I'm super worried now about using the creatine.

Thanks for the heads up! My team investigated, and one pallet of 46oz jars had a section of jars that seems to have a molding defect. It's causing the lid to scrape when screwed on and off again. You can't notice it unless you screw the lid on and off multiple times, which does not happen in the manufacturing process. We did recreate it at our facility, though. We are reworking that lot with new jars, because it is impossible to see the defect when the lids are on, so no way to know which jars have it or not. We'll just rework the whole lot to be safe. If you would like, we could ship you a replacement from the reworked lot. Did you email my support team? I think they told me they were in contact with you already.
