Seriously.....I was taking this in the morning as it was making me feel tired and sleepy big mistake, anyway 4 days in insomnia is going and better sleep.....and this is embarrassing but I'm just gonna say it 😅! It gave me my first wet dream in 3 years, libido and erections have been better and generally feeling good moodwise! NO anhedonia from this
Sensoril ashwagandha is also great but makes me feel chilled
KSM66 was the worst, felt depressed! Lack of motivation and did have anhedonia

It's by far the bestest version of Ashwagandha in the world irrespective to what consumer labs and their posse nerds studies 'indicated'
They need to indicate inconclusive but that makes too much sense if they don't have the proper testing methodology on their end
I just hope now that nothing has changed with that but I'm sticking with my guns
I canceled my subscription with them after this. I spend half my working hours working to make Paul proud 😂

The wounds will be opened again soon. I have my litigation team all up to speed now, and we have another ISO accredited lab that has replicated our data and showed we met our label claims. We are still going to give CL a chance to retract once they see all the data, but I am prepared and ready to take it all the way if they don't. Want to know the even funnier part? USP recently came out with new withanolide methods, and CL didn't even use those. They used the old USP methods that looked at 8 withanolides. There is a new version that looks at 10. So they didn't even use the most up-to-date (out of date) methods. LOL
