It's a green tea extract standardized to 45% EGCG. The rest will be plant material and other polyphenols like epicatachin, catechin, epicatechin gallate, etc. There won't be much, if any, L-theanine in there, because the growing conditions that lead to high L-theanine levels are counterproductive to high EGCG levels. Since this extract is meant for high EGCG, it was made from green tea leaves grown and processed for that. High L-theanine in tea leave happens when you shade grow. Shade growing lowers polyphenol content. You wouldn't use shade grown leaves to make an extract for EGCG because of that.
