Website Redesign - Feedback Needed!
Original post in this thread

Hello everyone! I want to preface by thanking all of you for your support over the years. We are only a few months away from the 11 year anniversary of me founding this company! As many of you know, we launched right here on Reddit, and Redditors have been a big part of making us who we are today. My journey founding and growing this company has been a rollercoaster, to say the least. My main mission from day one has been to advance the lab testing and quality control standards of the industry. That mission has never changed. If you have followed me over the years, you probably already know that has been a challenging mission. Challenging isn't even really a word that scratches the surface. The past decade has been some of the most difficult of my life. I am proud of all that we have accomplished, and the hurdles we have overcome. I might be beaten and bruised from that journey, but I am in no way defeated. I could not, and would not, still be here today pushing forward on that same mission without the support from all of you, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you!
Now onto the main reason for this post. We have started the process of a complete redesign of our site. As with…

Hey, that's great! Love you guys, but the website is definitely overdue for a refresh. What you've described sounds great, but I have a couple thoughts about some (mostly minor) things that have annoyed me in the past.
1. I tend to make two or three big orders every year to stock up. This means I'm repeatedly reordering mostly the same stuff. It would be extremely useful to have the option to just recreate a past order so I don't have to go and add everything I buy every time into the cart.
2. This isn't so much a website issue per se, but the other annoying thing about big orders is that your email confirmation has the tracking information at the bottom of the email. If your order is big enough, that means gmail (and likely other email providers) cut off the email before you get to it. Obviously it's easy enough to open the full email, but why not put tracking at the top?
3. Maybe you already are planning this, but I would really like every product page to have, near the top, a clear rundown of the specific ingredients and the amounts per serving. I often visit the product pages looking for that information, but currently you have to like zoom in on a grainy image of the back of a bottle. Obviously this is most important for the Natrium stacks.
4. When you guys release a new product, the announcement here always links to this weird "new product drop" page. Which makes it…

You can actually already do this. Log in to your account, then go to your past orders. Click on a past order, and you will see a reorder button in the bottom right. Just check the boxes next to the products in the order you want to include, and click REORDER.

I could probably get this changed right now. Let me send it over to my team.

Yep! That's part of the new design. A big Supplement Facts box will be on every product page making it easy to see quickly.
When you guys release a new product, the announcement here always links to this weird "new product drop" page. Which makes it slightly cumbersome to actually see the new product details and, you know, maybe even order it. I'd rather you just link to the product page itself.
This wouldn't work for the announcement. The product pages are not live till we launch. That's the reason for the drop page. It would also ruin the mystery releases for everyone, because you would just link to the pages. However, we could absolutely do that on the day of release post. I'll bring that up with the team as well.
Love the idea of including guidance on how many times to take, whether to take with food, etc. Some additional information that would be useful for me at least: what time of day to take and whether it would disrupt a fast (I keep meaning to ask this about the new mushroom magic products)
That was also in my plans! The Mushroom Magic Matcha and Coffee will not. The Cocoa absolutely will. When we release the Latte versions, those also will.
Anyway, thanks for the good work you all do!
It's my pleasure!
