Same day shipping - it happened again

Unfortunately it’s the 2nd time I make an order just before the same-day shipping timer is done at Saturday, yet my order doesn’t ship the same day and apparently I’ll have to wait to Monday until the order status changes.
It is supposedly really minor because ND usually do a great job at everything, but not going to lie it pisses me off. I am overseas and usually choose express shipping, so the order leaving at Monday usually means a full week to arrive (instead of the same week) and I purposely time my order before Saturday ends if I want it to arrive the same week. But when it ships on Monday instead it is delayed by more than a few days.
Did anyone else notice that happening to them?

Hi,
Order placed at Saturday 11:50am AZ time, FedEx International Connect Plus.
I did notice the same-day shipping timer went down earlier that day. Usually it runs until 3-4pm AZ, but that day it ended at 12am.
I thought I was lucky enough to place the order in time but then didn’t receive shipping confirmation by the morning as usual… so I figured out it happened again. I received the shipping email confirmation yesterday (Monday) at 2:50pm (AZ) but according to the tracking FedEx haven’t scanned it yet (perhaps because it’s the cheaper option)

The shipping cutoff on Saturdays is 12pm Phoenix time. It's 4pm Monday through Friday. We used to have it at 4pm on Saturday's, but we had to move it up because of cutoffs from the local pickups.
What was your order number? I can look at the details in the backend.
