How much taurine by weight do you give out of curiosity?

They are both around 15lbs. I give them a whole capsule. Dogs' metabolism is faster than ours, so they require higher mg/kg. The allometric scaling means that dogs less than 25lbs take pretty much the same dose as a 75kg human. Also, there are recommended doses for taurine for dogs. The DCIM for vets for taurine is 500-1,000mg for dogs 25lbs and lower, twice a day.
