Advice on something that increases sleep quality?

I've looked around and a lot of posts talk about going to sleep easier, that however isn't what I'm interested in and was trying to get some potential ideas, I have an internal switch to where I can shut my brain off and fall asleep during an earthquake while on fire lol, I really would like something that say, supports the sleeping process to where one could potentially get better sleep with less hours.
