Would being on a 5HT2A antagonist block cognance?

I’m on a very low dose of mirtazapine (and a high dose SSRI). Yes I get this is bad and my long term goal is to come off them both. But my question is would things like cognance have any impact while I’m on these drugs? I believe I’ve read that PAMs don’t bind to the same sites that agonists and antagonists bind to so It may still be able to exert some effect? Any truth to this?

From what I remember reading, Cognance's primary target is muscarinic receptors, and it only tickles the 5ht2a receptors. So it should still work.
