Full Spectrum Kanna- My Experience So Far

Just got the new kanna extract on Saturday. Been wanting to try kanna and this was a perfect opportunity to try.
On Saturday ( first day trying ) I put 25mg under my tongue until it dissolved. In less than 3 mins I had a sharp increase in adrenaline feeling and a full body tingling sensation. But after that, nothing really noticeable at all.
Today, my second day of trying I did 25mg sublingually and then another 25mg about 25 mins later. After the second 25mg dose I felt yet again another strong tingling sensation and warm feeling. Super interesting never felt that before.
Both of these warm, adrenaline spike, tingling sensations only lasted about 30 seconds and was interesting to say the least. Caught me by surprise, very stimulating.
But overall, not much of a mood boost or anti anxiety effects that I’ve felt so far. I know it’s only two days in. But I just felt like sharing my experience.
I have seen some stuff on “priming” for kanna to feel the mental effects and not just the physical. Is this recommended ? (Small doses over a few days until you feel effects)

Nice review. I've only tried it once so far but that one time (50 mg sublingual) was enough to show me it's very different than other Kanna products I've tried. With the others I experienced anxiety from the first dose and it never went away with repeated use. The ND Kanna didn't give me any anxiety (even during the initial "come up"). Other than that, I need to try it a lot more before forming an opinion.

That exactly what we were going for. We tried some extracts that were more stimulating, but they were edgy and caused anxious feelings. We wanted to do a full spectrum one that gave a nice balanced set of effects. We are going to release two more extracts at some point. One will be a full on stimulating one. The other will be a calming one. This one is the Goldilocks, right in the middle.
