Did they change the Gotu Kola capsules? The ones on the left are the new batch... not sure if still enteric coated.

Damn, that’s tragic. Fuck them and their MOQs honestly, greedy assholes. Sorry to hear that too because I can tell it wasn’t a change you were happy to make, like you’re legit just doing what they’ve forced you to do essentially, but I can see it take a toll on you for the fact that you have to alter the quality of a product simply because all other companies in the industry are absolute dogwater and the USP standards are outdated and useless. It’s a shitty situation where no one wins other than the shitheads getting away with and profiting but time off of selling subpar product.

Yeah, I hate reformulating things that people like, and we do not do it unless we absolutely have to. Sometimes we just can't avoid it, though. Most people don't value what it takes to make things right. This is especially true when inflation cuts people's budgets. I don't blame anyone. Everyone makes their own decisions based on their situation. It's just people shouldn't be surprised when they see things they used to like start going away. It doesn't help when our competitors just lie, and sell products they say are the same as ours, but are nowhere near it when we test them. It's impossible for consumers to price compare when only one of the brands is actually telling the truth.
