Hmm, might be why. I just chewed them assuming it would absorb through the tissue regardless. Did that with your tetrahydromagnolol and it worked well in helping my gastritis symptoms, though I can see why the same rules wouldn’t apply.

Tetrahydromagnolol is slightly different, especially if you are using it for the GI effects. You just need it to get to your GI tract for those benefits. With isoliquiritigenin you need it to absorb into serum and make it to the brain. It's also one of the weirdest powders physically. It just doesn't want to dissolve or act like other powders. It was actually a pain in the ass to even put into tablets, as the powder likes to separate from other powders. So as the tablet press vibrated, the isoliquiritigenin would separate from the other powders in the formula and rise to the top. We had to completely scrap a whole production run because of it. Luckily we have figured out the solubility, and should have a much more bioavailable solution soon. I've actually been beta testing it over the past week. It's pretty cool. Isoliquiritigenin has so many interesting effects. The challenge is just getting it into the body where it can work.
