yeah see, I am prescribed gabapentin to sleep at night which by my understanding interacts in some manner with the GABA B receptor, albeit indirectly. It’s also an NMDA antagonist. So I thought maybe the tolerance from that is why this didn’t do anything for me when I was feeling really frazzled one day. However, a friend of mine was having some fairly strong anxiety and I gave her 4 tablets to see if they’d help. She did not feel any sort of relief from them, and does not take any sort of medication that would interfere with its effectiveness.

Did you use it sublingually? Isoliquiritigenin's main issue is solubility. It's going to be very poorly orally bioavailable because of that. This is why they are controlled dissolve tablets. You have to leave them under your tongue and let them dissolve there to get the effects. We are working on an oral solution that should fix that issue, though. It's just not a simple thing. Getting poorly soluble compounds to absorb orally is a challenge. We think we have it solved, though.
I'll check on the review. The person on my team who approves reviews has been out helping to set up Oktoberfest here in town, so she might be behind.
