Started the 10% Tongkat Ali two days ago and haven’t experienced anything. Are the effects supposed occur in time or immediately?

So as the title says I have the ND 10% which I take in the morning and I have zero effects to report my current supplements are:
1 Life Extension Two a Day Multivitamin
1 Bronson Vitamin K Triple Play
2 Jarrows Broccomax
1 Jarrows NAC Sustain
2 Life Extension Super Omega 3 Plus
At night I take:
2 Kal Magnesium Taurate+
2 DEAL Apigenin
1 Melatonin
Should I be anticipating any reaction from this supplement it feels like nothing has changed at all does it have to “build up” in my system first or is it extremely subtle? Most reviewers seem to experience a lot compared to me

Two days isn't enough to assess your reaction to a new supplement. Also, did you get blood work to know what your baseline testosterone levels were? If you are already high, you will not have as strong of effects as someone that has low levels.
