Longvida > curowhite, because it crosses the blood-brain barrier and helps brain inflammation (reportedly).

AFAIK curowhite has no special features besides being nonstaining.

Curowhite are hydrogenated curcuminoids. They are different molecules than the other two. That's why they are non-staining. The chromophores have been removed by hydrogenation.

See how the double carbon bonds have been removed? Those double carbon bonds are what give curcumin its chromophore, which is what gives its color. Hydrogenating them removes the double carbon bonds, which means it no longer bends light.
