It's probably your address/ZIP no matching what's on file for your card. It will give that error if there is an AVS mismatch. We looked through our systems, and about 40min before this post we see someone tried three times, and all three were denied due to an AVS mismatch. Did you try three times?

Not sure on the PayPal thing. Do you have a popup blocker or script blocker?

Edit: Actually, maybe you were trying to use a Discover card? We don't accept Discover, unfortunately.
