You may remember I was messaging/warning you about the EU VAT/customs changes back in 2020 and 2021 and requesting this change.
So I'm happy to be patient now, even though I can't order to the country I live in until the DDP is implemented :/ ....

I do. There's nothing more I want than to make it as easy as possible for people to order from us. We've made US ordering seamless now. We just need to get international flowing the same. Unfortunately, that's a bit more complex than it seems like on the surface. Once you go DDP, the customer is no longer considered the importer of record. We are. This means we need to take responsibility for how things are entering, and what things are coming in. When you take on that legal liability, it's no longer as simple. We can't just tell customers that they have to be aware of their local laws. We have to be.
