When You're Lost In Inflation, Look To The Sale

Returning the smaller order I made today assuming the sale was off (it’s always been on the 15-16th), only to reorder a bigger one on the 19th. I wish you would have announced the sale dates changed on the morning of the 15th. Would have waited 4 more days but was running out of many essentials and had zero communication that the dates would be different this year.
With all that said, thank you for having the sale event even though inflation and increased rent have made things tougher for ND. Your loyal customers appreciate your vision and integrity.

I told my team to just give you store credit for the difference. No sense in wasting the shipping fees for returning. Sorry for the suspense. We were originally trying to get the sale ready for this week, but we needed more time. We only have 4 people in our marketing department right now, plus me. We actually have almost 5 times as many people in our lab than we do in marketing! LOL. 4 people in marketing, but 18 in the lab. It might not seem like it, but it's basically me and a few other people doing all these videos and rendering. Sometimes we run out of time. I am glad everyone liked them!
