Tongkat Ali through Amazon out of stock. Will it be back?

I’ve been looking at buying Tongkat Ali from Nootropics Depot as it seem to be the best possible option.
But I’m in Europe and thus shipping is pretty bad, customs even worse. But not through Amazon as they’re registered with IOSS.
But tongkat ali has been sold out for a while now. Will this ever be back in stock? Or will nootropics Depot ever look into IOSS to make it easier for European customers?

We've been attacked on Amazon for years. It's shady as shit on there. Competitors use tactics to get our listings removed so they can get the sales instead, and so that we lose sales velocity. They got two of our products removed from Amazon for like 6 months a few years back by claiming they contained cocaine. We have systems in place that stops most of it now, and we have dedicated teams that can help us. However, this latest attack was a totally new one we have not seen before. I think they have someone inside Amazon helping them remove shit. Our products were getting removed for one of like four reasons the past week. All random. All BS. Internal Amazon teams are investigating. They likely won't tell us if they figure out what happened. Amazon is tight lipped most of the time. We have a pretty good idea of who is behind it, but it is difficult to prove.
