How do others here use OmegaTau-v (or regular OmegaTau)

The advice on the bottle says to take 2 capsules daily. I take the vegan version. I tried it before bedtime several times because I had read that TAU was good about an hour before bed, but that definitely didn’t work for me. It kept me up and also gave me insane nightmares when I did finally fall asleep. I tried a single capsule around noon yesterday and seemed to be Ok. I was a little tired, but that could have been for any of a number of reasons. I’ve been trying to reduce the number of supplements I take for a while now after I suffered an immense bout of fatigue a few months ago (no abnormal labs or test results after visiting the doctor shockingly), and OmegaTau-v seemed like a pretty good, natural, benign way to help focus and energy over time while also covering some nutrients that can be lacking on a vegan diet.
I’m interested in hearing others experiences, especially with OmegaTau-v, but also with the regular OmegaTau. When do you take it (morning, noon, night)? Do you take it every day? What do you notice?

I usually suggest taking it morning or midday. The TAU in it will help with sleep quality, but you don't need to take it before bed for it to do that. Also, the alpha-GPC can definitely make dreams more vivid, which is likely why you noticed your nightmares more. Taking it in the morning should help with that, as you are not increasing ACh right at bed time.
