Hello, just wanted to ask, on examine.com it is claimed that lemon balm plant has 2.2-5.5% rosemaric acid. If that is so how does ND lemon balm have only 1%? Is it "watered down" or am I reading one of the two wrong?
From examine.com
* "Melissa officinalis (Labiatae) at 2.2-5.5%, although it can be higher if specific extracts are taken"

On the topic of lemon balm I've been meaning to ask why you use it for sleep instead of sleep support? Considering it gave you such notable across the board improvements from what i read on the old threads. Does a full 500mg LB tablet work roughly as well as 1 cap of sleep support for you? And you just wanted to reduce confounding factors for testing new products or what?

I don't have a lot of issues sleeping, so our lemon balm is good for me. My stack is also already pretty big. My wife takes Sleep Support every night, though. She needs more help. We designed our Sleep Support more as an everyday thing to make sleep quality better, but I still think there is a place for a product that actually sedates you strongly. We are likely going to bring out another product that is focused on just immediate sedative effects, probably for use as an ad hoc add on, rather than an everyday sort of thing.
