Cognance dose?

Original post in this thread

Been experimenting with it & it seems like 200mg is the sweet spot for me but haven’t tried a higher dose. Have any of you tried anything higher? What are your experiences with different doses? Thanks!

Interesting, I suffer from bi-polar 2 so that makes alot of sense. I've recently started exploring Neutropics for relief and so far Rhodiola rosea and lion mane have been the most notable. I had high hopes for Cognance but this past week has been a HUGE roller coaster from it.

Cognance is doing exactly as it was designed to do. The issue is that you have altered responses to 5-HT2A activation being bipolar. You want LESS 5-HT2A activation. Cognance will push you towards mania. That's less than idea for someone with bipolar. The slight MAOI effects from the rhodiola and ashwagandha probably pushed it even more. You'll want to take that into consideration when building your stacks.
