Is it normal for an order I made on monday to still have "Shipment Information Received" as status?

It is an international order sent through Standard International Mail. Does that status mean it still is in the warehouse after 4 days or is it just a delay in the updating of the status?

iHerb is using DPD Global for my country now and well, the international aspect is pretty good. It's just the local part that gets ass-handled, DPD dares to just ring the door and leave the package in the middle of the street, not even checking if anyone's home, and ride off. But the Intl shipping part is good....

Great, now we switch to DPD Global. Then they'll go to shit eventually, and we'll have to find a new one! LOL. It's my own personal hell!
Let me speak to the team and see if we have reached out to DPD. I know we were talking to a couple new ones, but I don't know where we left it off.
