Is it normal for an order I made on monday to still have "Shipment Information Received" as status?

It is an international order sent through Standard International Mail. Does that status mean it still is in the warehouse after 4 days or is it just a delay in the updating of the status?

My 25th nov order was picked up by yesterday. And 28th November order still same as yours.
Although for both orders i got an email approx few hours after placing the orders saying its been dispatched. Since then it was stuck at information received. My understanding is that nothing is really dispatched until it’s actually picked up by courier.

Your order from the 25th was picked up on the 25th. All packages go out that same day. There is just a tracking delay because of the way Asendia does it. I made a longer comment on it above.
