Hi
I made my first ever nootropics order and decided to go with ND but I the didn't received my package yet.
its been a month and half since i placed my order and i start to get worried since i spent a good amount of money on these nootropics when I'm struggling financially and was really excited to finally try this stuff.
I already talked to the post office and the customs department at my country (Israel) and both told me that the package has NOT arrived to my country, and I should solve this issue with the sender. However, when I track the package its says that it arrived to Tel Aviv's airport a month ago and since then there's no update.
I dont know what to do so I'm reaching out to ND's costumer service hoping they can fix this issue for me.
Please I'm really looking forward to start my nootropics journey with you and don't want to cancel my order, i just want to receive my package.

Sorry to hear that! I see the same tracking as you. It arrived in Tel Aviv, which is where it would clear Israeli customs. However, no updates since. Them saying it didn't arrive is not surprising. Local postal services and customs offices lie all the time. That was an arrival scan, so someone scanned it in Tel Aviv. Either they still have it or they lost it. I will have my team reach out to our rep to see if they can find anything about it. If we need to, we will reship.
